A local manufacturing company is seeking an Order Entry Specialist to join their team!
Monday through Friday
This role is customer service AND order entry. It is not strictly Data entry. The position will be working with existing customers on their orders. Will be helping to handle a lot of price quotes form the clients by phone or email. The role will require providing great customer service through both methods.
* Domestic phone inquiries pricing, availability, lead times and/or tracking information ALL business Entities
* Generate orders for units as needed, ensuring that payment or terms are clear to the customer and that all parts of the order are completed and accurate before releasing the order for shipment.
* Setting up new customer accounts - scan and save in Docuware.
* Occasional Office Reception desk coverage
* Stand-up mtgs for CQs 1-1:30 M-F
* Crystal Report -Keep track of pending open orders and order fulfillment.
