Clinical Research Assistant (CRA)

Job Summary:

• The CRA will provide support to a team of Clinical Research Coordinators (CRC) who interface with patients and participants for clinical trials at the client site.
• Assist with copying, data entry, preparing binders, quality control, logging in product, requesting documents, etc.
• Performs various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum education requirement: High School diploma. Candidates with a CA qualified BS degree in life sciences are also eligible for a career path into the coordinator position down the line with good performance.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (both written, typed and verbal), interviewing techniques, can work independently pleasant personality self-motivated, good with people on the phone ability to stay focused among distractions
• Candidates must be detailed oriented
• Familiar with Office Programs: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook

Work Environment:

• Clinical research organization located just north of downtown Phoenix, AZ
• Currently two active studies in consumer cosmetic and SPF products respectively
• Variable work load, often fast paced environment
• Training will be a week-long shadow with CRCs
• Drug/Background screening required before permanent hire, but not for contract period

• Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• $14.00 - $15.00/hour
