NOW HIRING Professional Sports Catering - Concessions Bartender

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• To sell beer to guests, keeping in mind they must be of legal drinking age and not intoxicated
• Retrieve cash bag from vault and verify amount
• Count the stock, verifying the amounts listed on the stand sheets
• Ensure stand is roperly stocked and cleaned
• Fill orders placed by guests quickly and efficiently using POS and credit card machine
• Ensure only guests of legal drinking age are served alcoholic beverages
• check for valid ID
• Use new cupd for every transaction - no refills allowed
• Be courteous and provide exceptionsl guest service
• Complete sanitation worksheet in full
• complete Alcohol Incident Log whenever service is denied to a guest
• Recount stock at end of event 
• Fill out Stand Sheet completely, tally sales, deposit money
• Clean bar area
• Requisition stock for next event
• Turn in cash bag and report to vault
• Report earned tips in the time clock

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid liquor license
• Must have previous experience as a bartender
• A friendly and out-going personality
• Flexible work hours to include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours
