Requirements
The Resident Assistant/Caregiver provides hands-on assistance with the daily care of the residents, including personal care, grooming and hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals. Additionally, the Resident Assistant/Caregiver routinely monitors the resident’s comfort and responds to periodic needs.
Other duties and requirements of the position may include, but are not limited to:

The completion of the daily shift report and communicating directly to the next shift any urgent needs

Daily documentation in resident records to include completion of task sheets and NSP

Managing assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
