Description:

Coordinator - Under the direction of the Team Captain, provides oversight to ensure that properties are preserved and maintained according to NFR's and customer's guidelines and with federal, city, county, state ordinances and/or regulations. Requires coordination of information between various departments and customers.





Processor - Under the direction of the Team Captain, acts as the liaison between the customer and the NFR coordinators. The Processor will ensure all client expectations are met and properly documented in the customers system of record. Requires coordination of information between various departments and customers.





The responsibilities include extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, work with cities and towns, do data entry, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set their own priorities, and be able to problem-solve, find resolutions, and be self-motivated in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.





• Communicate, develop, and maintain relationships with customers.

• Delivers accurate and timely service to all external and internal customers.

• Communicates with field reps in order to provide accurate and completion information.

• Maintains relationships with reps while holding them accountable for their actions or inactions.

• Treats all customers, field reps, and NFR staff with respect and dignity.

• Monitors and responds to all inquiries including internal e-mails in a timely and accurate manner (within 1 business day).

. Requirements:

Position Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or GED required. Some relevant college preferred.

Experience: 1-2 years of related work experience preferred (such as: customer service, clerical, teller, admin assistant, medical admin/coordinator, coordinator). Experience in a flexible office/customer service production environment preferred.

Working abilities in MS Office, math, email, web searches, and accurate/quick keyboarding skills.

Basic understanding of residential construction, building materials and associated terminology helpful.

Or, the equivalent combination of education and experience





Skills and Knowledge:

• Proven ability to work in a team/collaborative based, dynamic, and quickly changing environment

• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with NFR co-workers, customers, subcontractors, and various business contacts in a professional, courteous, and professional manner, recognizing all as customers.

• Ability to prioritize, switch gears, and execute tasks in a high pressure environment and within tight timeframes.

• Attention to detail and must be able to focus and concentrate on the task assigned.

• Strong organization skills and the ability to follow-up as needed with reps and customers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
