Responsibilities - Sales Person:

• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a dynamic test drive
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present sales pricing, explain financing options and complete paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers
  
  

Qualifications - Sales Person:

• Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
• Sales experience in any industry such as retail sales, hospitality, restaurant business, bartending, etc. is welcome
• Honda dealership experience is a plus!
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Driver's license and good driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
