1. Assists assigned patients with daily care, hygiene, feeding and ambulating
2. Takes vital signs, height and weight
3. Measures intake and output
4. Assists patient's with meals according to plan of care, dispenses and gathers meal trays from room noting amount ingested
5. Assists and monitor ambulating as directed
6. Aids with lifting and transferring patients using available lifting devices and good body mechanics
7. Performs all duties as assigned by team leader, charge nurse or nursing supervisor within scope of practice
1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant New York State, CNA PRN
3. One-year experience preferred
Background check, security clearance, and drug screening required
