The Sr. Project Manager oversees all aspects of the construction process and coordinates with all stakeholders to achieve desired project results. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of existing Project Manager experience in the heavy construction industry.
What You Will Be Doing as the Sr. Project Manager / Estimator
Supervision: This position will supervise employees.
Basic Working Conditions: The employee must have their own method of dependable transportation and work full time during normal business hours Monday through Friday. Overtime and work on weekends may be needed. The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and will be exposed to the outside elements as needed.

What You Will Be Doing as the Sr. Project Manager / Estimator
- Project owner and client relationship owner
- Organize all project deliverables, and lead team through execution
- Review and implement full scope of budgets for projects
- Organize and track invoices/costs to ensure proper job costing
- Manage the entire change order work requirements
- Create and implement project schedule
- Estimate project costs using construction software
- Project Takeoffs and Value Engineering
- Attend pre-bids, pre-jobs and project meetings
- Review and evaluate job costs and budget with accounting team
- All other duties assigned

- Work locally and travel less than your current position likely requires
- 4 year degree in CEM, Engineering, Math, Finance or other relevant technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of related civil construction experience in supervisory role
- Advanced math, writing, verbal, listening, emailing and texting skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Experience using estimating software (HCSS preferred), CADD/3D modeling software, surveying software, bluebeam revu
- Positive Professional references
