Front Counter Team Member:
As a Front Counter Team Member, you will be trained to execute our guest service model in order to provide exceptional guest experiences, highlighted by Chick-fil-A’s CORE 4. Furthermore, as a Front Counter team member, you will be expected to perform generic front counter tasks, which include but are not limited to order taking, bagging of orders, and general cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. Prior experience in a customer service focused job is encouraged but not required.
