COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Dentist (DENT)

• Several locations recruiting for associate dentists in WI, IA, and one in MN
• All dentists are W-2 employees with minimum guarantees, production pay, and full benefits.
• Lowest producing location expect to earn $225k/year W-2. Rural MN expect to earn over $300k W-2.
• There is one PEDO practice in Des Moines where folks are making almost $500k W-2 consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DENT)

• General Dentistry except for the Pedo practice in Des Moines.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DENT)

• Good team player.
• Professionally sound.
• Looking to work at least another 10 years.
• General Dentistry except for the Pedo practice which is comprised of 100% Board Certified Pediatric dentists.
• Background and Malpractice: Everything is case by case. But if there is a trend of actions, malpractice cases, or personal problems this probably won’t be the employer for you.

COMMUNITY Dentist (DENT)

• Several different cities to chose from. Most are rural or semi-rural. But on occasion we’ve had openings in Madison and Milwaukee.
