My Plumber Heating, Cooling and Electrical is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Agent!
Ideal Customer Service Candidate will have:
- 2-3 years Customer Service experience
- Inbound call experience
- Data Entry experience
- Multi tasking ability
Key sub tasks
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
- Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
- Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.
Hours for the Customer Service Position:
- Monday 1-9
- Tuesday 1-9
- Wednesday - OFF
- Thursday 1-9
- Friday 1-9
- Saturday 7-6
- Sunday OFF
