• A healthy compensation plan that rewards your hard work with average start pay of $17-$22 per service hour depending on availability, skill and experience plus commission for requested clients, enhanced appointments, membership sales and gratuity. Gratuity average $15-$25 per hour. Our best performing full time Massage therapist make an average annual salary of $55,000-$70,000 per year.PTO up to 10 days per year, if working 30+ hours per week, after being with us 6 months, accruing 1 day per month. with the option to roll over 5 days each year. PTO up to 5 days per year after being with us 6 months, if working 25-29.5 hours per week. Accruing 1 day per month, with the option to roll over 5 days each year. Sign on bonus of up to $1200 paid out at 90 days, 120 days & 180 days of employment if working 25+ hours per week, $600 if working 24.5 hours or less per week. Referral bonus of $600 for full time (25+hours) or $300 for part time (24.5 hours or less) service providers paid out at 90 days, 120 days & 180 days of employment of new employee. 30+ hours per week receive the option for Health Care through Blue Cross Blue shield of MN where the employer pays 50% & you pay 50% per-tax dollars from your paycheck after 90 days of employment. Some plans have the option to set up an HSA as well.

• Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion. You'll also need to meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
• Thirsty for knowledge, seeking continuing education to build on their modality mastery (which must include Swedish and deep tissue massage)
• Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and stay connected to the client throughout the session to achieve the goals of each service.
• Total body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
