Position Overview

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking Manager, Launch and Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) Integrated Product Team Leaders to join the Satellite Launch and Production Engineering team located in El Segundo, CA.  

Position Responsibilities

• Manages employees performing activities within multiple Engineering and Operations disciplines.
• Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
• Leads teams across the following activities: Satellite Launch campaign planning, preparation and execution, Satellite AI&T planning, preparation and execution  AI&T and Launch New Business/ Proposal support, Launch and Production Engineering support across multiple sites
• Provides provide input on the development of program business and technical strategies, goals, objectives and related metrics to ensure alignment with Company vision/strategy

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires an active Secret / Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed or updated within the past five years is required.

Position is contingent upon program access. 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• Master’s degree will be an asset
