The Charles Koch Institute (CKI) seeks a seasoned practitioner in education to join our team as a learning manager for our . The learning manager will serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the adoption of best practices in student-centered learning across the Institute's educational engagements, including through curriculum and content development. The role will also lead new educational engagements as our team expands the scope of who we support. This is an exciting opportunity to be a driving force in our team's transformation to a student-centered learning environment for adult learners.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a vision and drive the implementation of student-centered education for learners across CKI's educational engagements and programs
  • Measure and evaluate outcomes for our students and programs to inform pivots to strategy
  • Partner with program managers and Market-Based Management® (MBM) capabilities to deploy student-centered learning paths. This includes but is not limited to identifying skills or knowledge gaps in program classes and/or participants and integrating feedback into our programs and curriculum
  • Support the team's professional development and training in the adoption of student-centered learning
  • Curriculum and course development

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 7+ years of professional experience successfully implementing student-centered education, including specific experience implementing student-centered education with adult learners
  • High degree of entrepreneurship and proven success taking on new educational engagements from the ground up
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to get results in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience leading engagements online or with geographically dispersed students
  • An understanding of and commitment to the principles that drive
