Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
Associate’s degree or equivalent
Sommelier certified
Proven 2 years of leadership in a AAA four or five diamond rated restaurant
Previous experience in Quick Service restaurant
Multi-lingual
Current or previous experience in Hawaii
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outlets within a complex
Proven five years of Restaurant management experience
Experience leading salaried leaders
Previous revenue responsibility of $3M annually
Previous experience in Table Service restaurants and Lounges
Demonstrated wine and spirit knowledge
Demonstrated business acumen
Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated passion of Guest service and Cast development
Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes and efficiencies
Demonstrated strong partnering, organizational, and decision making skills
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with conflict

The Area Restaurant Manager provides leadership, support, motivation and development to direct reports creating a positive environment that encourages ownership and accountability that meet or exceed business results while providing a quality Guest experience. The role will provide leadership to ensure consistent, high quality Guest service standards within the operations through coaching and accountability measures while promoting an environment that welcomes and embraces change. The Area Restaurant Manager will develop and nurture partnerships with all vendors and resort partners to provide a seamless Guest Experience. They will ensure operational compliance to WDP&R Standards and Loss Prevention Standards with adherence to State of Hawaii DBPR and WDP&R Food Safety Standards.

Required Education :
Associate’s degree or equivalent
