Summary:

Candidate Qualifications/Experience & Skills
Top notch communication skills
Organizational skills and the ability to re-prioritize as needed
Mechanical aptitude
Driver's License and US Citizenship (ITAR requirement)
Computer Skills - MS Office & ERP
Experience with Manufacturing Customers and Vendor Interaction
2-3 Years of relative experience
Primary Responsibilities & Duties:

Primary Responsibilities & Duties:
- Receive job orders from customers; track through ERP (Infor SyteLine) including generating paperwork and keeping track of orders
- Work with vendors to expedite orders and maintain a good working relationship
- Provide customers with updates as needed based on the status of orders
- Communicate the status of open orders with Job Shop management
- Complete associated records and/or logs for the quality system and/or customer updates
- Communicate with machine operators to ensure optimal workflow and provide assistance when necessary
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Clean/prep, assemble, and quality check parts as needed - manual dexterity required
- Shipping/Receiving experience a plus - must be able to operate pallet jack to move parts

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
