2 years of sales management and 5 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
The ability to cold call.
Possess the ability to coach and develop in a consistent manner.
Possess strong leadership and development skills with a strong ability to follow and implement directives.
Plan and implement strategies to market Xerox equipment and services to new and existing customers.
Review sales representative requirements to ensure they have been completed.
Meet or exceed your revenue and profit targets.
Have strong communication and closing skills.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows based applications.
Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred.
College Degree is required - minimum AA Degree
