Construction Company in Reno, Nevada looking for a Payroll/Office Manager.
In this position you will be responsible for providing customer service on the telephone and in person, conduct payroll, process contracts, assist in project management, maintain business and contractors licenses, clean office, and take other assignments as directed by the owner.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Having experience in an administrative construction background
- Payroll experience, ADP a plus but not required
- Office management experience
- Working with QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Excel
