LINE COOK / KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERS

Cooks working for Buffalo Wild Wings primarily perform culinary job duties. Cooks fry, grill, spin wings, prepare salads and sandwiches to order for guests. Additional job duties may include keeping inventory, restocking food bins, and cleaning work stations. Cooks must typically possess some sort of experience in the restaurant industry, however; many BWW locations hire cooks with little-to-no experience.

The minimum age for employment consideration with Buffalo Wild Wings is 18. Cooks must work on foot for long periods of time and possess basic culinary skills. Working conditions generally involve a fast-paced and high-intensity job setting. Training typically lasts up to two or three weeks and includes thorough visual, verbal, and hands-on demonstration.

Salary and Compensation

Buffalo Wild Wings cook jobs exist in part-time and full-time capacities. Experience may lead to promotion to management positions or other career opportunities within.

In addition to base pay, Buffalo Wild Wings workers may qualify for job benefits. Eligible workers receive discounts on food, access to healthcare options and life insurance and 401(k) retirement plans. Due to the nature of the job, Buffalo Wild Wings team members must typically be available during our peak seasons which include working Holidays, major sporting events, and weekends.
