What we’re looking for?

Someone who is ready to live and breathe T-Mobile!  As a Mobile Expert you are part of a team that bring the T-Mobile brand to life.  As a brand ambassador, you create energy and excitement around our products and services.   You will become an expert in uncovering our customers' needs, while showing your passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend devices and service solutions.

 

As a Mobile Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:

  • Use your technical expertise to become a product expert, ensuring the ability to speak in detail on all aspects of T-Mobile plans, features and devices
  • Work closely with your team to ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met
  • Remain current on industry trends, products, services, and partnerships
  • Engage in continuous learning opportunities
  • Offering products and services to our customers while providing a world class customer experience
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions that keep our customers connected to the people and lifestyle they want
  • Guide your customers through their purchasing experience by answering questions, and sharing your expertise while utilizing various digital tools and devices
  • Approach service and sales needs with patience, integrity and empathy
  • Speak confidently and passionately on how T-Mobile is redefining the wireless industry
  • Problem solving through device/ account inspection, review and troubleshooting of devices
  • Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

 

The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know to be a Mobile Expert. But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Possesses attention to detail while multi-tasking or following multi-step directions
  • Ability to perform basic business math and cash handling skills as applicable
  • Communicates effectively and professionally
  • Ability to build relationships and find solutions
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and your peers
  • Ability to learn, use, and adapt to evolving technology needs
  • A critical thinker who is able to resolve issues with tact and professionalism
  • Is able to work independently and with a team while being self-motivated
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Retail Sales/ Customer Experience Preferred
