Hiring Now for a Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $15.00-$18.00

Qualification:

  • Experience with SAP, AS400, MAS90, MAS200, EDI, ERP
  • Experience processing RMA's
  • 3+ years of customer service order processing experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties:

  • Serves as a liaison between sales, customers, and other functions/departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both manufacturers and customers
  • Process orders per customer specifications and track order from start to finish
  • Will be dealing with a lot of manufacturers (purchasing exp. preferred, will be purchasing products from them for customer product assembly)
  • Inventory control - able to aggressively track inventory needs and determine what to stock based on sales and promotions.
  • Corresponds directly with customers to obtain necessary information to compute price quotes along with information supplied by sales personnel.
  • Estimates and/or establishes lead times for standard products.
  • Reviews price and specifications from quotes and compares to purchase order data.
  • Contacts appropriate parties and resolves any discrepancies.
  • Acts as liaison for customer and company in order to resolve various difficulties with orders. Obtains and provides information regarding product test, engineering drawings, samples, etc.
  • Receives and responds to customer complaints. Reports all complaints, investigates difficulties and coordinates with various departments to recommend solutions to problems.
  • Obtains management approval and issues RMA (Return Material Authorizations) and coordinates return shipment with customers.
  • Serves as a point of contact for direct sales personnel. Provides information regarding customer credit and/or payment problems. Assists and supports sales personnel on field calls and/or trades shows, as necessary.
  • Serves as key contact on assigned contracts and programs. Refer contracts that need clarification to higher level personnel within the group or engineering.
  • Coordinates the sales orders entry process; Ensures the proper procedures are followed, orders are accurately posted, and any changes made are accurately recorded. Informs Project Management on sales order receipt.
  • SAP Sales and Distribution master data entry and maintenance
