Entry Level Client Representative

Alpha Marketing Strategies is looking to fill a Full Time Client Representative position, and is one of the most important roles in our company. Someone in this position would receive hands-on, individualized training in each division of the position. We have found that candidates that have worked in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service based positions have an easy transition into this role. Candidates with these experiences have innate people skills and thrive in our fast paced environment. Since Alpha Marketing Strategies is rapidly expanding we are looking for someone that is looking for a career where there is room for growth and training opportunities for management.

Job Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by answering phone calls promptly, responding to emails within 24 hours and meeting with customers in person.
• Perform basic billing duties, including completing customer transactions.
• Provide customers with status reports.
• Communicate effectively with each and every customer to discover their needs or wants. 
• Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve customer satisfaction.
• Participate in interdepartmental meetings and trainings daily, weekly and monthly. 
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary

Job Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer focused industry preferred 
• Attention to details
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize and execute with minimal supervision
• Team Player
• Outgoing personality with the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Leadership ability or the desire to develop leadership skills
