Description

As a successful member of the Collections and Recovery team you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Work with customers to cure delinquency

  • Acquiring a full understanding of forbearance and be able to effectively offer this option to customers

  • Be consistently available to answer inbound calls and navigate that call with accuracy

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment

  • Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements

  • In addition; candidates must possess, excellent verbal/written, time management and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be goal driven with a desire to productivity goals; including meeting day to day business needs, with advanced problem solving skills/ability to negotiate through difficult situations


    Qualifications

    Required Skills/Experience:

    • 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience/Collections experience

    • Excellent phone communication, listening and negotiation skills

    • Able to prioritize and manage daily workload

    • Proven ability working in a team atmosphere; in a fast paced, fun environment

    • Computer proficiency and acumen

    • Self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed

    • Education, Certificates and/or Other Professional Credentials:

      • High School or Equivalent required

      Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-445
