Location is in NYC. The candidate will report to the VP, Asset Management. Its mission is to provide high current and total returns to institutional investors by acquiring and adding value to high-quality healthcare properties. In 2017, Fosun Group acquired a majority interest in Everest. Fosun is a global principal investor with $99bn AUM, listed in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities · Provide high level, day-to-day administrative support for the Asset Management department. · Review property rent rolls, accounts receivable, funding requests and supporting documentation, leasing activity, and other property level reports. · Ensure accuracy of funding requests and supporting invoices. · Prepare funding request files for VP approval; obtain updated cash reports, prepare VP secondary approval requests for cash movement. · Maintain daily cash balance report for all bank accounts. · Support Manager in the automated investor approval process. · Prepare general correspondence for asset managers. · Develop and maintain various information schedules related to the assets. · Develop and maintain a working knowledge of fundamental aspects of the managed assets. · Participate in conference calls with third-party property management and leasing teams. · Corporate AP and AR administration. · Assist in special and ad hoc projects as requested. Core Competencies · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. · Exceptional attention to detail and deadlines. · Ability to be flexible in a highly visible role in a growing organization. · Works well with other team members and with existing and prospective tenants and providers. Education and Experience · 2-3 years of progressive commercial real estate property management. Experience with medical office buildings and healthcare real estate is preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint). · Experience with Yardi is a plus. · Familiarity with the fundamentals of property management, leases, service contracts, financial statements and reports, and accounting experience is a plus. · Bachelor's Degree required.
