The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services, Marketing and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. The Cards & Retail Services team helps customers achieve their financial dreams by providing a variety of products across the credit spectrum. The Consumer Collections & Servicing (CCS) team is comprised of 3,800 team members responsible for all pre and post-charge-off debt collection, core servicing, credit bureau dispute resolution and reporting, and complaint management for Wells Fargo’s Card and Retail Services business, as well as the Student Loan, Overdraft DDA and Personal Lines and Loans products. This team focuses on working with customers to resolve past due balances with solutions focused on helping our customers succeed financially.

The Role
As a RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Strategy Consultant 3, you will be dedicated to create and oversee the RPA and RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation) activities for the Run and Change groups within CSS.

Primary responsibilities for this role may include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with CCS Leaders to identify, classify and finalize RPA and RDA opportunities.
  • Work with the RPA Center of Excellence and/or potential outside partners to plan for and execute on the backlog of opportunities
  • Lead LOB RPA education including presentations, reporting and analytics as well as stakeholder management and communication plan.
  • Conduct industry and software research specific to robotic automation

Locations: May consider additional locations within the designated line of business footprint.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategic planning experience



Desired Qualifications

  • 4+ years of project management experience supporting large scale technology projects (includes business requirements, risk analysis, project planning, resource planning, risk management, testing and implementation
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • 2+ years of experience in an advanced automation environment such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA) or Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important



Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
