Byrne Dairy & Deli is looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who wants to grow with a family owned, operated and local company.

The human resource manager guides and manages the overall provision of human resource services, policies and programs for the entire company.  Acts as a liaison between operations and executive level personnel.

* Manages talent acquisition process,  including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding 
* Organizational planning and development
* Employment and compliance to regulatory guidelines
* Employee orientation and development
* Policy development and documentation
* Employee relations
* Works with third party administrator in handling unemployment claims
* Assists with payroll and benefits administration 
* Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health programs
* Performance management and improvement systems
* Ensures all employees have completed required online ad on the job training

Requirements

Skills and Job Requirements
* Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum of 3 years human resource experience
* Minimum of 3 years management experience
* Knowledge of performance management, employee relations, safety practices and talent acquisition
*Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork 
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
