Ensure prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter-service restaurant setting.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITY:
Assist with cost control through following SOPs and inventory control. Prepares daily prep list. Ensures a neat and clean environment throughout work/guest areas. Prepare and portion food orders prior to and during service period. Adhere to proper sanitation of kitchen facilities and equipment. Displays teamwork with all departments, is motivated and displays a servant leadership attitude at all times. Operate cash register accurately and efficiently. Maintains an open line of communication with management and employees. Provides responsive exceptional customer service to deli counter customers, answering questions and making recommendations.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma 0-2 Years Related Experience
