The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the companys customer base through effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our organization. This person should possess working knowledge of business development, and be able to support specific departmental goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building, and conversions. Ultimately, this person will help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. NO visa sponsorship will be offered. Required Skills: Must have Excellent verbal skills and strong written and presentation skills Have a highly creative mindset with strong graphic and digital design skills Must be a strategic thinker Possess good problem solving skills Have strong experience with managing budgets and tracking ROI Must be comfortable multi-tasking many projects and tasks Should be highly organized and detail oriented Strong vendor management skills Adaptable to changing customer and business needs Very persuasive Analytical, numbers-oriented, quantitative by nature Have good negotiation skills; must be a strong negotiator Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities including campaigns on Television, Radio, Print, Events & Promotions in multiple geographies Develop and implement marketing and creative plans Design creative assets for various product lines - all non-digital assets. Help define creative direction for company based on brand guidelines Report on progress and engage with senior management on all marketing related initiatives Deliver on marketing activities within agreed budget and a keen focus on cost of acquisition Closely collaborate with the sales team and other key functions within the company Monitor industry best practices and be able to bring on-board best practices Take part in brainstorming sessions, offering analytical insights to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness Be a key member of the marketing creative team Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing automation and lead-nurturing processes Required Qualifications: 4-5 years of relevant creative experience preferably in an Agency setting 5 years of developing and managing marketing campaigns and media outreach 4-year college degree in graphic or digital design, business and/or marketing-related field Experience in South Asian Media industry, a strong plus
