Summary:
Solar Installer/ Construction Laborers- hiring for a direct hire position doing RESIDENTIAL solar install. Will be paid $18-20, based on experience and working 50-60 hours per week!
Job Description:
Solar Installers ($20/hr)- with minimum 1 year of solar experience
Construction Laborers ($18/hr)- with minimum 1 year of construction experience
Location:
Positions are located in Vista & San Diego
**There is no relocation or per diem offered for these positions.
Solar Install Job Description ($20/hr PLUS OT):
-60 positions available for install
- Assemble, install, or maintain solar photo-voltaic (PV) systems on commercial rooftops.
-May include: cutting, measuring, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules.
-May perform minor electrical work.
-Assemble solar modules, panels, or support structures, as specified.
-Install photo-voltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
Construction Labor Job Description ($18/hr/ plus OT):
General Laborers to assist with a solar installation project.
-60 positions available
-Will be moving materials using hands and assisting with assembly of racking using basic hand tools.
-Will need to pitch in and help wherever necessary
- Must have outdoors construction experience (roofing, concrete, carpentry..etc)
