We are looking for a Spare Parts Inventory Specialist reporting to Manager, Maintenance, who will perform the responsibilities listed below. This role supports the Maintenance Team by ensuring the availibity of equipment spare parts, maintenance supplies and maintenance consumable items. Great customer service qualities and attention to detail will be key attributes for the success of this role.
Responsibilities

- Knowledge of SmileDirectClub's products and customers
- Associate's Degree is preferred, but not required
- 2+ years in purchasing, procurement or inventory control is required
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of machine manuals, drawings and schematics
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access)
- Ability to work independently with limited supervisory direction
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
- Know, understand and perform the required OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory agency requirements of the operation
