About the Organization Tarzana Treatment Centers, Inc.(TTC) is a full-service behavioral healthcare organization that provides high quality, cost-effective substance use and mental health treatment to adults and youth. TTC operates a psychiatric hospital engaged in detox and stabilization (this is not a locked facility), residential and outpatient alcohol and drug treatment centers, adolescent drug treatment centers, and family medical clinics. Full time Case Manager needed for an exciting opportunity to work as part of multidisciplinary team providing integrated whole-person system of care for individuals with serious mental illness or occurring mental and substance use disorders living with or at risk for HIV and Hepatitis in Los Angeles County. Duties include but are not limited to: providing comprehensive case management, participate in assessment, treatment planning and case conferencing, provide benefits assistance/advocacy and referral/linkage services. Requirements include at least a High School Diploma (GED). Registered and/or certified as an SUD counselor and Bilingual preferred.
