The Opportunity

The Catering department inside Lambeau Field is currently seeking a bartender.

The Catering bartender position is part time and year round (based on individual's availability). The bartender will work special events at Lambeau Field including: small business meetings, weddings, and corporate retreats. Experience the game day atmosphere at iconic Lambeau Field while working the front lines in a fun and fast paced, team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Receives drink orders from patrons or servers
  • Serves alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures
  • Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions; serves wine and bottled beer or draws draft beer
  • Enters drink orders into cash register, collects payment from patrons for drinks served and makes correct change
  • Cleans and stores bar equipment and bar stock
  • Performs opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Must be a minimum of 18 years old
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and all major stadium events including Family Night, pre-season, regular season, and any potential Packers playoff games
  • 1-2 years previous experience as a bartender in a high volume environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to obtain an alcohol operator's license within 60 days of hire date if required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, listening skills with ability to take beverage orders and fill those orders correctly
