Production Specialist - St. Paul, MN - Part-time

Kelly Services is hiring for a Production Specialist in St. Paul, MN

The Basics:
-7am-3:30pm Monday- Friday (must be able to work OT as needed)
-$20-24/hr
-temp-to-hire
-St. Paul, MN

Job Description:
-Run lines, mix batches. Assist Plant Manger with supervision of 5 production lines, cross train on all assembly roles to jump in where needed. Candidate must be okay with constant change and look for process improvements. Must understand lean production and assembly
Ensure correct materials and amounts of materials are being used in the production of final product.
-Operate equipment to handle products and ensure that ship dates are met.
-Create and close work orders accurately & timely to ensure inventory integrity.
-Responsible for the integrity of the raw materials at month end inventory counts
-Assist other team members as needed.
-Accurately complete written documentation of products made and quality measurements.
-Ability to visually inspect product.

Requirements:
-high school diploma or equivalent
-3+ years of manufacturing experience
-1+ year of leadership experience
-Strong verbal/written communication skills
