. Requirements:

Responsibilities of the Ideal Candidate:

• Work closely with the Marketing team in order to strategize and execute social media campaigns.

• Efficiently manage multiple social media accounts across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Consistently monitor social channels for trending strategies, ideas, and news in order to implement dynamic methods to be considered for active accounts.

• Develop and create interesting and relatable content for social media that aligns with established strategies.

• Effectively schedule social media posts to incorporate monthly events and highlight brand values.

• Improve guest experiences through dynamic, original ideas to be executed through the Marketing Team.

• Cultivate new, engaging concepts for corporate blog and write exciting, relatable posts targeting specific markets.

• Promote area travel with effective messaging using various marketing mediums, such as social media, website content, and blogs.

• Collect and analyze data from social media accounts and campaigns in order to quantify content strategy results.

• Collaborate and communicate with the Marketing Team regarding new ideas and feedback on performance.

Experience and Education:

• Current student obtaining a degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field

• Ability to translate creativity into effective written, verbal, and digital assets

• Social Media Skills


Physical Requirements:

The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:

• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds

• Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation

• Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel



*This is a paid internship position with a minimum commitment period of 6 months.
