What you will be doing

Our Manager on Duty or MOD role serves as an apprentice to the General Manager, and operates as a second in command. The MOD supervises the property when the GM is not present, ensuring the work environment remains positive and productive. We are dedicated to providing you a safe environment and giving you the training to help you excel in your role. Lastly, it is difficult to find any environment that offers the room for growth, defined career paths and stability that we offer our Team Members.

• Product excellence – Assist the GM in managing the standards and procedures of the company through effective planning and organizing
• Guest excellence – lead by example by providing great guest experience while ensuring all Team Members do the same

• Team Member relations – Assist the GM in maintaining positive Team Member relations at the property, responding to concerns and taking action
• Financial Accountability – Assist the GM in achieving targeted financial objectives

We feel the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required with an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Computer efficiency with Windows, Outlook and MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to complete the MOD training and certification process
• Ability to work safely
• Ability to meet all employment qualifications at the time of hire
