About this job

As a Shift Supervisor, you are the perfect blend of mentor and team captain. You lead your team through your shift with a positive attitude. You set an example by placing guests as your highest priority and role model exceptional guest service. You spot opportunities to improve the business and you are able to effectively communicate with the management team.

With 1-2 years of quick service experience at a supervisory level, supervising a team of 3 -12 employees, you are qualified to be in this leadership role. You are guest focused, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced goal oriented environment.
