POSITION: Floor Care Technician
SITE: Various contract sites in Licking/Knox Counties
DAYS/HOURS: 30- 40 hours per week. Mostly evenings, some daytime hours maybe necessary. Must be flexible to meet business needs.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for traveling to various contract sites in Licking and Knox Counties to perform hard surface floor and carpet care, including, but not limited to: buffing, scrubbing, and stripping and refinishing hard surface floors, and cleaning carpet.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to pass BCI background check.
Employer conducts pre-employment drug screen.
Obtain and maintain security clearance.
Possession of valid Ohio Driver’s License and ability to meet driving standards.
SKILLS/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must have good customer service skills and be able to communicate well with others.
Meet attendance standards.
Meet the established quality control standards.
Must have attention to detail.
Work independently and unsupervised for long periods.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Operate heavy floor cleaning equipment.
RATE OF PAY: $16.50 - Non-Exempt
