We�re currently seeking PRN RNs to join our NEW Reward Staffing Resource Team. This position is for the Temple Outpatient and Acute facilities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• BSN or ADN enrolled in a BSN program.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant, productive RN experience

• 1 year of Dialysis experience

• Must be able to �float� across a minimum of three facilities in designated specialties in the BSW Central Texas Region (Temple, Round Rock, and Killeen)

• Must be able to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month, plus 1 major and 2 minor holidays.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 6 months of hire date � per unit or specialty.

Qualifications

* Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) or enrollment in BSN program required

* RN license required

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

* 3+ years of RN experience required (1 year of Dialysis experience)

Note: If you have less than 6 months of experience, we recommend that you apply to our nursing internship program. Internships are available for new graduates and experienced nurses in a variety of specialties. New classes begin in January, June, and September.
