Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Wages: $9 - $11 per hour
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Essential Job Duties
- Manages customer experience from the order taking process through product delivery.
- Trains and develops team members in all customer service aspects.
- Handles customer concerns via email, telephone and in person.
- Monitors customer service measures to ensure restaurant meets expectations. Provides feedback and direction to improve customer service.
