Team Member - (Koji South) - Part-time

Job Description

Koji Express is growing and we are looking for the best in class Team Members to join us at our new location on South Church St.

We are looking for friendly, responsible, positive, highly motivated, and energetic individuals who have a passion to give excellent service to our customers. You will be greeting customers courteously, assembling orders efficiently, ringing up orders accurately, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant. Be responsible and helpful at all times.

You must have reliable transportation to and from work, and be able to stand, bend, reach and scoop for a long period of time.

Team Member duties include:

• Taking orders and making accurate change quickly
• Providing food service to our guests with enthusiasm
• Packaging all menu items and checking for product quality and consistency
• Preparing food orders
• Running food to the tables or carryout guests when food is ready
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining room
• Cleaning the restaurant -- including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops and sanitizing food areas
• Completing duties on opening and closing prep and checklists

• Ability to work day, nights, weekends
• Ability to multi-task, switching from one task to another with ease
• Effective communication skills; basic math and reading skills
• Willingness to abide by the appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement
