About this job
40 hours per week, and OT is available (voluntary, not mandatory at this point).
Schedule: Will work mandatory Saturdays but will have a day off during the week. The day off will not be Monday or Friday.
They will either work a 9:30-6 or 10:30-7, those are the only 2 shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- handling 45-50 incoming calls on a daily basis with the average call lasting anywhere between 5-15 minutes
- answering questions about billing/premiums as well as adding/changing vehicles on a policy
- will also be able to explain policy increases and other related questions as it pertains to their policy
- will also be responsible for offering the AAA membership on each call
- making payments on accounts and troubleshooting as well (non technical)
- dual monitors, talking and typing at the same time
- use of several programs such as outlook, word and excel
- cross selling products as needed
- making outbound calls as needed
MUST HAVE:
-Active Property & Casualty License
