Job Description
Kelly Services in partnership with Arvato, the leading player in the supply chain industry, is hiring for Forklift Drivers in Pleasant Prairie! The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties.
Summary of Duties
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facility.
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays and following inventory control instructions.
- Checking loads are secure.
- Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck-s battery.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Prior forklift experience preferred
- High level of self-motivation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
- High School Diploma or GED
Schedule:
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift available!
Pay:
1st shift: $14/hr
2nd and 3rd shift: $15/hr
