Job Description

Kelly Services is Hiring Account Managers for an Operational Support Team.
Under general supervision, provide outstanding customer service in the day-to-day plan administration of retirement plans. Respond to inquiries, research and provide resolution of issues. Communicate implications of new technical developments to clients.
Job responsibilities:
Provide support for daily administration of retirement plans.
Coordinate with manager to research issues and negotiate problem resolution.
Develop and foster proactive, positive relationships with clients and internal partners.
Provide prompt, accurate and consistent information that meets or exceeds quality metrics.
Recognize and communicate possible improvements to management.
Address client needs, develop action plans, and consult on products, services, and capabilities resulting in added value for our clients.
Demonstrate general knowledge of recordkeeping, outsourcing and processing capabilities



Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong customer service orientation.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred strong Microsoft Office skills.
