Potential for up to 35+ hours per week
$11.00-$13.00/hour

Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Medication and appointment reminders
- Assistance with grooming and bathing
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
- Supervision: Ambulating, transfers and safety
- Alzheimer's Care
Requirements to be a CAREGiver:
- Ability to lift, pull or push 25 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach and maneuver steps
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Possess valid auto insurance
- Have Reliable Transportation
- Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week and every other weekend (Sat and Sun)
- Must be a least 18 years of age
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED preferred
**Previous experience preferred but not necessary. Paid skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*
