* Competitive wages  Responsibilities * Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
* Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
* Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle systems
* Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
* Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
* Remains current with manufacturer training
* Follow company safety policies and procedures
* Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean, and on original settings
* Maintains all work areas in an orderly and clean manner
* Other duties as assigned Qualifications* NYS Inspection License (preferred, not required)
* ASE certifications (preferred, not required)
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Team player * Must have a valid driver’s license
* Math, reading, and computer skills * Willing to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
* Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
* Willing to submit to a background check
* Must be able to diagnose customer concerns in a timely fashion
