Desktop Support
- Provides desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution.
- Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems.
- Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems.
- Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides on-site desktop services and problem resolution.
- Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems. Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology.
