Stewart's Shop Services Office has an opening at our Distribution Center in Saratoga Springs, NY! Duties/Responsibilities: • Field incoming calls from shops and district staff (marketing and maintenance). • Vendor management – Ordering product from vendors and maintaining proper inventory levels in the warehouse. • Provide support for project managers, corporate construction crews and outside contractors. • Reconcile warehouse inventory, investigating cycle count discrepancies. • Process daily paperwork related to shop invoices and credits, investigating discrepancies as needed. • Prepare list of out-of-stock items daily for warehouse to aid in receiving deliveries. Requirements: • Must be detail oriented, organized and have strong communication skills. • Must be self-motivated, trustworthy and able to work independently. • Must be customer service oriented. • Excellent math and analytic skills required. • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Outlook, Access is required • Knowledge of construction materials is helpful Schedule: • Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm including some holidays
