Stewart's Shops Distribution Office is looking to fill a part-time position at our Plant in Saratoga Springs, NY. Duties: • Customer service and support to our Shops and Plant operations. • Assist the shops and auditors with billing questions. • Reception to all inbound calls after hours and on the weekends. • Schedule receiving appointments and direct inbound deliveries. • Process daily invoices and charge credits. • Process and distribute driver’s paperwork, communicate special requests. Requirements: • Requires someone with a strong background in customer service. • Must have strong communication skills and be able to prioritize. • Must enjoy a fast pace and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Willingness to work independently making decisions as well as in a team environment. • Must have experience with MS Word and Excel. Schedule: • Part Time - Thursday, Friday and every other weekend. • Hours – 8:30am-5:00pm on Thursday & Friday - 7:00am-3:30pm on the weekend. • This position requires, weekends and some holidays.
