About this job

Employee will be responsible for answering incoming calls in a high volume call center environment. Must resolve customer issues in a professional and pleasant manner. Will be taking incoming calls from both members and providers.

Must Haves:
-2+ years prior customer service experience (call center preferred)
-Ability to navigate and efficiently utilize multiple computer screens and systems while on the phone
-Accurate data entry skills
-Excellent customer service skills, pleasant demeanor, positive attitude
