Home Instead Senior Care® is looking for a successful sales professional to take us to the next level in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families.  This position is responsible for maximizing our existing referral relationships, as well as seek out & establish new referral relationships. 

We are looking for a high energy and results focused candidate who is committed to the growth of our organization. This individual must be a self-starter, have excellent relationship management skills and be adaptable to the ever-changing senior care industry. 
The Ideal candidate will meet with potential families and their loved ones to discuss home care services and solutions for our seniors, support the beginning of services, perform quality assurance visits and routinely meet with all clients and update the care plan as it develops. 
This person is responsible for effectively managing multiple demands that come with the changing needs of clients. 

Only apply if you are well organized, enjoy public speaking and know how to build relationships with our consumers and professionals.  A thorough knowledge of social media platforms and technology are required.  If you can work in a fast-past organization and possess excellent communication skills, be service-oriented and have the ability to work well in a team environment, must be able to work on weekends and evenings whenever you are needed, then you need to APPLY TODAY!
